They are front for debt collection agebcy.
Use strong intimidating language if not reply to them on turning you over to fraud investigation group in your county..
They apparently not aware of actions one can take agianst them due to being in CA.

Company called my phone 4 times in a row, left no voicemails. Tried to return call and line was busy. Looks like a New York number.
