i use to work for that company law dog is earl Wray he is the owner big fat greasy meatball he is a alcoholic who drinks at the office and he has 2 DWI convictions he was on probation for it he uses the fake name earl Thomas or Xavier and he acts like he is a gay guy (no offense to any1) every employee there uses a fake name so that the law doesn't know their real names their office is in Eden New York if they call you and the message is something like "this is fraud investigator parks im calling with omni mediation group we are investigating  a check fraud matter you have 48 hours to contact us failure to do so will result in criminal charges being files " save the message call the Eden police detectives unit and file charges against earl Wray for impersonating law enforcement they are not fraud investigators they are not a mediation company what they do is scare people into paying them on checks that out of stats and they cannot do anything to you accept sue you in civil court if your guys have any questions leave me your email here and i will email you my contact info and i can help you get him locked up when they call you run to Wal-mart buy a tape recorder call from from a cell phone that has speaker phone record the whole conversation and then call Eden police and play it for them and file a complaint with attorney general in your state and new york and the FTC bait them ask them questions like what is gonna happen if i don't pay and refuse 2 pay the bill so that you can record them using their illegal activity's to scare you into paying

this company is a complete fraud law dog is the owner they are not investigators you cannot go to jail and 90% of the checks they collect on are out of statue and they cannot come after you at all if u get a call from them get them on a tape recorder ans save thee voice mails you get from them threatening criminal charges then go 2 a collection lawyer and sue them also report them to your attorney general they are impersonating  law enforcement every day and also pretend to me a mediation firm witch they are most definitely not the owner is earl wray he is a criminal they all use fake names also make sure u call the original creditor and file a complaint against earl with them so that they stop selling him debt

These people called and left a message saying that the person they were looking for had written a bad check, was under investigation for check fraud on and on, and that person is NOT me or any one who lives in my home. it was COMPLETELY illegal for them to give me all of that information!!

they been callin me for over a month saying something about check fraud in florida, i told them off yesterday! we will see if they call again. ive gotten over 30 calls from them

i would like to get what info you have from them. i was informed by my mother that they told her ex husband that they were the IRS. so i trying to get what info i can get on them to report them

They leave threatening messages about fraudulant checks in Florda.  Beware.....
