Everytime they call they never leave a message and when you call the number back it just plays music and no body ever picks up....sounds fishy

They keep calling my parents number and i haven't lived there in years. My sister says they leave a message and thats all. This is getting very annoying.

They left a threatening phone call saying they would have to give my file to the next associate if i didnt call them back today and speak to a Mr Stanley.
A. they do no ask for anyone by name here.
B.They dont say why they are calling.
C. I dont owe anyone a penny so if its collections they are barking up the wrong tree.
very rude very threatening.
