i RECIVED A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER SAYING THEY WERE CALLING FROM "DEPARTMENT OF LEGAL SERVICES" AS WELL SAYING THE SAME THINGS AND SOUNDING THE SAME SCRIPTED WAY AND THAT THEY WERE FILING SOMTHING AGINST ME IN A COUNTY THAT WAS NEAR ME, BUT NOT WHERE I LIVE, SINCE I NEVER LIVED IN THE COUNTY MENTIONED ON THE VOICE MAIL, THIS IS JUST PROOF THAT THEY ARE SIMPLY TRYING TO LOOK ONLINE TO FIND INFO ON YOU TO SCARE YOU INTO THINKING THEY ARE LEGIT BY MENTIONING AND AREA IN YOUR VECINITY.

I have been getting the same calls. But they have been doing it for two years. They have been threatening me and calling my family telling them I'm going to prison and they keep telling me they have warrants but there is never anything in the court system.  Obviously a scam because they always want me to give them a card number.

We received the exact same call.  Exactly as in word for word.  Obviously a scam and definitely a script.

I got a call today from 716 754 3474 at 7:45 am my time from Investigator Richard Cole or Coleman it was hard to hear the message.  He said charges were about to be filed in his office ( never said what the files were for) attached to my name and ss number.  He said that accordance with the state law were i live I have 72 hours to call him back so the investigation is on a 72 hour hold.  He said before he files the papers he wants the opportunity to get a voluntary statement from me. It sounded like he was reading a script.  I never heard of an investigation be put on hold so the person they are investigating can return their call

I keep getting calls from this number...some guys saying i opened a payday loan and never paid it back ( which i never did ) telling me a processor will be coming to my home or workplace to have me sign papers. They also call from 125-342-9454. Then a karen scott also calls from this number saying she is the processor. When i told them ill have my lawyer contact them they get very offended and start telling me im a liar that i dont have a lawyer. Meanwhile i did contact my lawyer.
