Got a call from this number.  Person calling himself Mr. Williams.  Says something vague about allegations against me that have my name and social security number attached to it.  Says his firm was hired to contact me about this.  Says paperwork was sent to some address in my town (not mine) but that it was not responded to.  Says that it is "imperative" that I or my legal representative contact him immediately at this number.  Has called several times.  I will not be calling him.  This is not the way these matters are handled if legit.

I got a call from this number regarding a debt- claiming they are Jacobson and Associates-but they are telling us they sent us letters and now they need to get a "Statement" regarding this case. never received it! We also got calls from a "North American Holdings" company.They say that I or my legal representative should contact them regarding this.

I keep getting calls from this number threatening me and won't go into any detail.  I refuse to give them any information.  Fraud

I have been getting calls from this number also saying they have legal documents when I call they wont go into detail.  Fraud.

Mr. Williams called and said I owed a balance of  $247 on a payday loan which had been paid off in July 2012.  And a filing is against me

This number keeps calling stating that they have received paperwork about a collection and their social security number. The person left a voice mail on my phone with one last name. Then I called back and go their voice mail and it had a different last name. It was obviously the same voice and the same person. They wouldn't go into detail about anything and wouldn't answer any of my questions since I found this website and saw other posts with problems. He said have a nice day and hung up.

According to the message, he's from the firm Om Nom Nom...is this a suit that's being filed for eating good food?

Just received a phone call saying my name was on paperwork for my son in law.  He talked so fast that I could hardly understand any of the message.  The only really clear part was that his name was Michael, my son in laws name, and the phone number to call him back.  Beware!!

Got a call that said proceedings would be filed against my son and that my name was attached to the account.  Left a voicemail and haven't heard back but I don't know how they got his and my name.  I haven't cosigned anything for him.

CALL MY 78 YEAR OLD FATHER AND THEY TRIED TO GET HIS CHECKING ACCOUNT INFO OFF OF HIM!! SOMETHING FRAUDELENT IS GOING ON WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Got call from this number threatening jail and arrest. Accusing me of check fraud, but they don't provide any info specifically they just make threats
