also the "name" of this caller was a jamey taylor. yeah right! told me to fax some kind of written statement to a logan stone admitting that i want to settle out of court and that i had taken such loan. claiming this was the attorney in florida. this number 631 995 6751 is located in new york it shows.

these indians keep calling harrassing me. telling me a case goes to court tomorrow morning. that i had taken a loan of some sort. asking if i have any kind of criminal history and that the u.s. gov`t has a hold on my ss number. that they are trying to help me. if this were true wouldn`t the loan "company" have contacted me prior to this?

I took a loan from a payday loan company and fail to make the payment however they didn't insist me to make the payment instantly they cooperated me in my  bad times. They gave me Payment plan  so that I can pay my debts with easy. I love this guys. They are great.
