Some caller saying they have a summons for me and they will serve me at work and home and I will go to jail for check fraud it's a payday loan company wanting there cash

Called me today and said that they were calling to collect a debt and that I had a list of bad checks with them. The lady said ACR.

Recieved a call from acr, also known as advance creditors called me on saturday morning at 8:20 when I said I wanted a copy of what they bought this loan for, they said they didnt have to supply that, I asked them for there attorneys name and address, and this point, the sup was asking me my attorneys name and number, we argued, and she stated, are you a retard, I was so shocked I stated did you just call me a retard, and she hung up. I called back and asked to  talk to the president, they adv me they only had a director, named kristen, I asked to talk to her, she adv me she would listen to the call, and send me a email, which I havent received,then today 04/06/2010 they called again at 8:20 which is illegal, and started harassing me again, I asked for Kristine, and the sup MR. ADAMS, adv me there were no notes, and the phone calls would continue, I called Amhurst city attorney, and I put in a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, and am sending them a certified letter with only contacting me by mail. They have no right to threaten any of us. Please take action with me.

Received a message from Jeff Franklin with ACR from the above listed number with a number of 87703204744 for a return call xt. 214. He did now say who he was representing - only that it was a "civil legal matter" and for me, my representative, or attorney to call him as soon as possible.
He does not state that he himself is an attorney, the amount of the debt, or the company on who's behalf he is calling. Until I know what this is about, I have on intention to call anyone back. If they can't identify the company or the amount.

i got a call from this number but I didnt answer the call.

The called me initially on my work phone and said I owed $500 for a payday loan.  They said they had the posted dated check I wrote.  I asked for them to send me whatever info they had and they said they didn't have to.  I never had a payday loan.  They wouldn't tell me any info.  I told them not to call at work and unless they supplied the info requested, not to call me at all.  They continue to call and never leave a message.  Last week they contacted my employer and told the secretary I had written a bad check and I owed them now $1000 and I had a warrant for my arrest and I would be arrested if I did not contact some Inspector Bredon within 4 hours!  Totally an illegal act all the way around.  I don't know how they can continue in business.  Even if I owed the money, everything they do is illegal.  They won't even give out their address.  Filed a complaint with the FTC even though it probably will do not good.

Got a call before 6:00 AM from Credit, Advance with some guy yelling for somebody I didn't know and I told him not to call again but he called right back yelling even louder. Real scum and obnoxious.

I received a call from this number to.  He could not give me any information on who they even purchsed the debt from. I think this is a scam!

just received a call from that number saying they are pursuing legal actions against me funnu, I thought when people take you to court they put something in writing, well take me to court cause im going to continue not to answer the phone...

I just got a call from this #. They left a message which said they just received a file for a law suit/legal actions against me which was filed by my husband.  Funny, I'm not married.

I get a call from them as well, always comes up as a recording. I just got to the point where i ignore it

It's a recording that says" I have an Important Matter to discuss with you please call 1-877-320-4742  and refer to file # and it gave a 5 digit number.

I think this is a creditor
