Rang once and then nothing.

And they are off and running again.  Received call from this # today (716-875-4446) caller id showed 716 Services.  They hung up on me.  Wish they would actually do that before I got up to get the phone.  My home and business lines are on the do not call list, but it doesn't work, nor is there any recoarse to anyone who violates it.

They're still at it.  Called here today in violation of the no-call list.

We answered politely and they hung up. It's probably a scam or robo call. So much for being on the do not call list. No one seems to observe it.

I had a call from this number and from 716-875-4448 that sound like about the same thing.

The same thing happened, said hello and they hung up. I am on the No Call Registry - why am I getting these calls.

Scam for sure.

On 09/25/2007, at about 4:20PM, received call from unknown caller who  hung up when I answered - *69 revealed call came from 716-875-4446

I received a call today and I couldn't understand what she was saying. She repeated it twice, very rapidly and when I asked to repeat it once more, she said you must be deaf or a retard and she hung up

same thing here, but the caller just said "thanks" and hung up quickly as I told her we didn't need any magazines for our workplace.

they have called 5 times in 7 days!!! they call when I'm not home and don't leave a message except today when the answering machine caught a woman saying "my god, that's annoying"  My outgoing message is annoying ?!?!? when you cal 5 times in 7 days?!?!?  THAT'S not annoying?!?!?!

I have been getting numerous phone calls from this number, and by the time I answer it, they hang up.  Today when I picked up there was giggling and talking, I said hello?  and they asked rudely "Is this (the name of my business)?"  I said yes and they hung up....??????

I've been getting calls from this number, at work, for the past month. Like Jan, I tried to reach them (because they don't leave a message - I guess I should be thankful) but it's constantly busy. I reported them to the Do Not Call Registry. I encourage everyone to sign up - not sure if it will help...

I got a call from 716-875-4446 and they asked for my husband.  When I said he was not available they said they would call back.  They have called my business several times and hung up when I answered.  Tried to call the number back but it always rang busy.  I will give them an earful the next time!!!!

Received a call at work from "Erin" of 716 (716-875-4446) stating that they were reaching out to working women and wanting to send them copies of free magazines to their residences.  I advised her that we weren't interested and ended the call as this certainly sounds like a scam.

I just received a call at work from Seven-One-Six Services (716-875-4448).  They said they were looking to send numerous FREE magazines including Rachael Ray/Redbook/etc. for 60 months and that they were already prepaid by the publisher.  She asked my age and if I worked full-time to see if I qualified.  The only stipulation is that they ask that after you read them you pass them on to a friend/co-worker.  She said that with the internet and the economy that subscriptions were down.  I said it sounded great but that I must admit I felt a little suspicious/cautious (too good to be true) and then she hung up!!!

On April 9, 08 I got a call from this number, Caller ID said "Seven One Six." They were looking for "women in the workplace" and said something about sending a RedBook magazine.  When I said, "Sorry, I don't have time for this right now," the caller groaned and hung on me.  NICE customer service people.
