These people call like every hour...even when I answer and talk to them... and its never anyone who speaks english... they are a collection agency.

I have had an experience with these guys. Brian Mulvey was the collector. They are extremely aggressive and do not play by the rules. I filed a claim against them regarding the Fair Debt Collectoin Practices through my lawyer and what we found out was that they are a scam. They have no head quarters or place of operation all their addresses are PO boxes or UPS Store boxes. If they are contactting you I suggest talking to an Lawyer. Best of Luck!

same here, and they never leave a message, just hang up. I'm thinking about answering, waiting until a human comes on and then using the old whistle in the phone!
