And here I was thinking I'm doing the right thing by paying off this dept from a payday loans business, which got turned into a collection. I hate being taken from !! THERE TIME WILL COME???

Ok I have been getting calls from ECLIPSE RESOLUTIONS LLC, I believe that thay are a sub company of Tri Financial.. I had a payday loan for 250.00 there was a problem with the deposit that was supposed to cover the payment on this loan so i told the company that I would send them a money order.. did that... now a year later I am getting harrassed by this Eclipse Resolutions. I have been yelled at, told i committed a felony and they were sending paper work to my county because I wrote a bad check across state lines. I ended up contacting a lawyer about this and was told DO NOT TALK TO THEM ANYMORE! They have violated the fair recovery act. If they call again request that all communication be IN WRITIING. No more phone calls. And if they get the balls to actually sure me to contact the lawyer again so that HE can take care of the issue.

I've gotten many calls from these nitwits looking for someone I've never heard of.  If they were as smart as a fifth grader, they'd have yahoo/googled that name and/or my home phone number and discovered within five minutes discovered THEIR ERROR.  Nitwits.

this same number left a voice mail for me ......... they know my name and said i was connected to someone i do not know and to get a message to them. when.

These people are calling my mother,,,,she is not a well woman,,told her I was comitting computer fraud. How bad is that,,,,if this idiot continues to do this, there will be a lawyer calling them. How dare they say this to her. What they are calling about has been paid off,,,they need to do more research before they start calling about a bill that has been paid for over 10 years

I just found that i missed a call from (716) 957-3975. I listened to the voicemail that was left: The name they were looking for wasn't me at all. They were looking for a someone Gonzales. They had a docket number(#231850) and said that if they were not called back by her or her attorney that evening, she would have to make a recommendation not in this woman's favor and that it would be filed back with the county. They left a 1-800 number (1-800-201-1450) and an extension (224) for her to call back. I did call it and left a message, WITHOUT any of my personal information, letting them know they had the wrong person, since I figured it was important. I called the number, the extension didn't work so I just left them a message with the info in their original voicemail and that they have the wrong number.

so i did some research they are called Elcipse Resolutions they are a collection place for pay day loans
the guy named mr.duke said he was a investagator and the person he was calling about was
committing fruad so i told him i was gunna have him checked out aswell to see if he was legit and he
shut up and hung up the phone on me

It was a waist of my time speaking with anyone from eclipse resolutions.  They have been harrassing my husband and I.  I spoke to someone from that company on the phone several times and she was very rude every time.  I was trying to figure out if they were legit so I continued to speak with her.  The last phone conversation I had with her I asked for information about their lawyers and what state they are registered under.  She refused to tell me anything.  She started talking over me and cutting me off.  She told me that she was tired of talking to me and that any further communications would have to be handled by my husband or a lawyer.  I thought it was strange that she knew nothing about the company and hung up on me when I asked.

im so tired of hearing people complain about collection comps! i have debt and sometimes  they dont used legal tactics, but come on now ......when u cll over and over asking the same questions im assuming u become a bother ....if the support u with correct documentation you will be safe ! get over it and if its not ur debt and your hubby's then let him handle it instead of being another noise spse trying to complain and give a place a bad repoor!

these people almost gave my grandfather a heart attack. he hung up and they called right back. 5 mins later my grandmother called them back and they couldn't find her file.
