Thanks that helps a lot! They just called. Kind of rude. Spoke with an accent. I said "can I help you?" and man said "I don't need help; I am a manager." WTH is that supposed to mean? Anyway, I am screening this one now.

4 calls within 1 hour. Finally picked up and a woman's recorded voice said good bye.

Someone called with a thick accent..saying that I entered a contest in a mall, which I didn't. I told him I didn't remember entering any contest. He said it was so long ago I forgot. He claimed I was the winner of a 3 day 2 night stay at a five star hotel and free round trip tickets anywhere in the US. I decided to hang up and he tried to call again, this time the phone number showed on the caller ID at 000-000-0000.

A scam.... I sensed also that there was a recording device to get you to !. to affirm your name
2. as well as affirm that you are agreeing to something (getting you to say "YES")

These people have called me 3 times in the last 2 hours, and also a few times in the last few days. The name of the business is Devon Mobile Communications out of Dunkurk NY. I don't know anybody there or have made any business transactions with them. I also found out it is a scam saying you signed up for some drawing at a local store to try and get personal info about you. This info came through another webs tie from a different person. Their spam score is 100%!

Called at 8:15am on a Saturday.  Blanket autodialer got both of my home phone numbers at the same time - Dunkirk, NY was caller ID.  Pity.

just received a call from this number. Have family in NY,NJ, but did not answer as I didn't recognize the number. Please stop call me! I don't know who you are and don't want to buy anything!

Just got a call from 716-960-2584. Caller ID said New York call. After about 3 seconds, a female voice said goodbye.

Sick of these freaking Hindu Indians calling and hanging up on us!  Make them stop!

A very thick accented man spelled a name and asked for other people who don't reside at my number and haven't for years. Very suspicious. I asked what he wanted. His reply was "nothing". I asked why he called. No answer. I hung up.

This guy just called asked for Mr. or Mrs. ______.  I said my father was deceased and he said then let me talk to Mrs. ________. I told him this was her daughter and what was this regarding.  He then said I don't want to talk to their daughter, I want to talk to Mr or Mrs ______.  I then said, I just told you Mr _____  was dead.  And if you want to talk to Mrs _______ you will have to tell me what it is in regards to.  Again, he asked to speak to them.  At that point I said. I am hanging up.  He knew better than to call back.

Received a call today from this number.  They hung up when I answered and they left no message.

Just got a call 855pm from this number. Strong accent said I entered a contest in a mall somewhere last easter time.  When I told him I didnt he started yelling. I told the man not to call again. He said he was going to continue to call cause he was the manager and I can't tell him not to call.  Be very careful this is definately some sort of scam.

Got a call at 9:05am from same person/location/number. He was clear to understand but couldn't pronounce our last name (always a tip off) and said my husband had entered a contest at a mall (we never would.) I hung up as soon as he said that, obviously fake and we got a similar call a few months ago from a different number.

Got a call today at about 4:30 pm, asking for my deceased mother. The caller had a thick Indian accent, and when I told him she was dead, he said when! I said "What did you just say? She is dead 12 years." He mumbled something, I asked him what the call was about, and he hung up. I called the number from my cell-phone, and it is just an ordinary wireless phone, with generic message--cannot come to the phone right now. Unable to leave a message as this person's mailbox is full--If this nitwit calls again he will receive an ear shattering computer recorded sound that should permanently blow out his hearing. My father does NOT need to be getting these phone calls about a woman he misses every second of his life. I am just grateful I was there to answer it this time. Caller ID says it was from Dunkirk, NY

Calls here,,,,,never leaves a message. Must be some robot auto-dialer from some illegal sweatshop of people hired to ruin other people's lives.
