This number called me stating i owe debt i already paid off and said that if i wouldn't pay the amount they would put check fraud on my record. its all a big SCAM

these people call other people for you and say they are a lawyer try to get hold of you and i have talk to this person over ten year i told her it a scam they try to get money out of you they did it the first time so they try to do it again but no more i am feed up with people like this

I have enough debt from a bad divorce and back child support, I almost fell for this a$$holes scam!!!!

Did not call me, called 2 family members telling them he was filing criminal and civil suits against me and asked them for my phone number or they would be mentioned in the suits also. My phone number is at least 5 years older than the one's he called, why not just call my phone instead of harassing other people?

Some guy by the name of Anthony something or Something Anthony  called........and said Sheriff would be here.....seems they are trying to say my husbnad owes a Visa CC from 1987...only thing is  hubby never has had a Visa card!!  Who are these people anyways???

Got a call from Anthony Mark Telly, stating he is a lawyer but did not say which law firm though. 2 different voicemails, one stating he would work with me before filing any papers. The 2nd voicemail grant it 5 minutes apart saying that I will be served papers in 2 days. I called the # back  and the voicemail says Weinberg and Associates. It's also a prepaid cellphone.  I love how bill collectors try and act like a lawyer.
