I got a call from Cawley and Bergman in regards to an unpaid Care Credit card. They claimed that Care Credit would be filing a law suit against me if I did not make payments. I explained to him that my medical bills for being treated for breast cancer caused me to be unable to pay all of my bills....And that I already knew the bill had gone into collection. They threatened that a lawsuit would be filed against me on behalf of Care Credit. I asked them not to call again.

In order for their system to make as many calls as they do, they must have many telephone lines and each line must have its own number.  So, the last four of their main number could be 7500, and the next line is 7501, 7502. etc.

a colleCtiON agency masquertading as a law office. Scumbag worm meat idiots. Hope they lost their a$$es by buying debt for 10¢ on the dollar.

Repeat calls from 716-995-7550. Caller said he would kill my family if I hung up on him. This telephone number is a known telephone harasser so being on the Do Not Call List..., doesn't matter to them.

I checked their website and there aren't any phone numbers listed on their site that matches this number  My guess is the number is being spoofed

Received calls from 716-995-7550 but the caller hangs up when I answer.  I called them back to get to the bottom of this and Mrs. Brown claims they do not have our number on their automatic dialer.  She says they are some sort of collection agency.
Mrs. Brown says that they cannot place us on a DO-NOT-CALL list because she says our number is not on her automatic dialer.

I keep getting automated calls for a stranger.  Finally got a live person and told them.  Said they would take care of it immediately, but 2 hours later, automated call!!

Got an Auto Robot call from Law Cawley office at my work place and I just hang up the phone.  So annoying to keep getting these kind of calls.

That is a collection agency based out of New York.They are brutal and don't care about anyone but their selves.They call at all hours of the day and night so beware.

These pests call 3-5 times a day no one here they are looking for.Told them to stop calling to no evail.

Auto call. Keeps Calling for no reason.

law cawley bergman called with a recorded message stating if you are not so & so hang up. i hang up a few days or week or 2, same call. harrassment is all it is. not even legal.

They have been calling me nonstop and now calling family members. Not cool.

They continue to call for people unrelated to me, even after I've told them they have the wrong number. Each call they ask for a different person, usually it is with a hispanic/latin sounding last name, don't know if this means something...I've asked them to take my number off what ever call list they have, they say the will, but a couple of weeks later I get calls again, also from 716-995-7551.

Cawley and Bergmann Collection Agency....a real bottom feeder in a completely corrupt industry...don't answer the phone cause they are extremely rude and liars to the core...one of those firms that constantly is changing their name due to always being sued and being fined by the FTC...previously they were Bronson and Maggdicio(sp?)
