This number has called me 7 times in the last 24 hours. Actual number is 717-121-28765. I answered once and told them to stop calling.  Supposedly taking a survey to get my personal information in exchange for a $100 gift card.  Do NOT answer the call.

this number has called me 5 times and it says RUSSIA.  I am sick of this.  I want this to stop on my cell phone right now.  I don't know the company. I will contact my provider to get this resolved.

717-121-28765 (with an extra 5 on the end) Is WAKA Industries. They have BOTS (robots) take surveys tryiing to get all of your personal information in exchange for a gift card.  Don't answer the telephone for these people and certainly don't give out your personal information.  They bombard your telephone with calls.  Report WAKA Industries to the FCC.

Debt collector - calls repeatedly with a spoof number.  Number comes up as invalid.  This company is a terrorist company with repeated harrassment of telephone calls.  Report this number to homeland security.  After receiving this caller several times during the day a number called with all zeroes. 000-000-0000.  Again, this is a terrorist company.

Check with an attorney or google the statute of limitations time in your state.  717-121-2876 is an invalid telephone number - debt collector.

Found a complaint where a guy said that 717-121-2876 contacted him and accused him of defaulting on a payday loan.  He said that they were SCAM. He said to threaten to call the police on them or tell them that you have already reported them.  Sounds like a debt collector.

Did a zaba search on 717-121-2876 and found a complaint that said they contacted him and told him that he defaulted on a pay day loan and he said they began yelling and cussing at him.  It is a debt collector.   Check the statute of limitations in your state as it says in the complaint above and check with an attorney.  May also service subpeans as stated in the complaint above.  Don't answer it cause they could tell you immediately when you pick up that you have been serviced.

Received calls from 717-121-2876 and it came up as an invalid telephone number.

Received two telephone calls from 717-121-2876 two days ago.  The caller did not leave a message.  When I googled the number it turns out to be a Pennsylvania area code.  The number could be a disguised number as it had an extra 5 on the end of the number.  I googled it and found that a complaint  of this number had the name Provest.  This complaint was another site and all it said was the word Provest.

Upon doing research, it appears that 717-121-2876 is a call from PROVEST.  This is a company that serves subpeanas for lawsuits for various companies/corporations.   I spoke to an attorney and he tells me that the statute of limitations on debts is four years and that in a court of law the party that is suing you would lose if it has been four years since you made a payment to the company.

its a prank caller, they called and when i said hi they putted a machine with a woman voice to say bye... i guess they're using this internet stuff that can disguise their number so noone can know who they are....
