The first tome they called it took forever for someone to come on the line then they said I had won a free Walmart gift card (which Walmart has assured me they do not do!) I asked to me put on their "do not call" list. I received another call the other day and said I was on the do not call list. They tried to keep me on the phone with the free card deal. I said if they called me again I would report them! I received another call today! I didn't answer and blocked the number!

I have gotten several calls from the 717#, but they leave a message....its silence for a little bit then Hello? as if they heard me answer but I did not.......its weird and is actually creeping me out! What can I do to get it to stop calling?

I just got a call from this number and have no idea who it is . No one speaks. No one says anything. Creepy !

I got a call from this odd number no message and it doens't seem to be a real number, when I call back it says it has been disconnected...if thats true then how can a disconnected number call me?

I got the call 3 times so far today.

I have all 3 of my numbers listed on the Do Not Call Registry.  The main number that they were calling was my home phone, which is fairly new.  After I listed it on the registry, they still kept calling.  But, they've stopped calling me now.  Guess I ignored them too many times, lol.

I've gotten calls from that 426-121-3690 number too.  Plus this number: 786-121-7905.  Hmmmm, coincidence that they all have the same prefix?  I think not.  And what doesn't make sense to me is, when I call the number back, it says that the number is no longer in service.  Now, if that's the case, how can they make calls from it?

Update: The person calling (sylvia) is actually a BOT not a real person, it is automated and therefore always repeats the same things, to prove this you can ask it silly questions like how many eggs are in a dozen and you'll see if for yourself. The phone numbers that are being used are used for scamming and phishing, the are code 717 and 426 are actually used to make untraceable phone calls by scammers etc.

After 10 calls or so in the past few days, they have also called me from a different phone number but same name and same everything. The other phone number they are using is 426-121-3690. She keeps insisting and I have already warned her to not call again or this time I will report her to the police, i have also added my name to the do not call list so if she calls again she will be doing something illegal. As for the steps to follow that she asks, it is very typical of a scam to get your personal information and credit card number so they can later sell them to other people and take your money. I have studied this in my information systems security class and is the best and most common way to steal your identity. Do not give any of your information to them. just follow 3 easy steps at www.donotcall.gov to add your phone number to the list. Hope it helps.

717-121-3566 just another scam. One after another scammed calls and taking up a LOT by calling every dam day/night all hours for days!

This number has called me 4 times today, and numerous other times.  I don't answer and they won't leave a message.

I just checked my call log. I have 114 calls from this number in 10 days. I guess persistence is key!

I have gotten this same phone number calling me on cell phone and home phone several times a day. Sometimes I answer and they dont talk right away. I answered a couple weeks ago and they told me I had won a walmart gift card from filling out the survey from walmart. Which I did fill it out. they told me to go to my computer and at the time my computer was not working good.  They said ok I will wait...what?  On hold while someone fixes my computer? anyway, today I thought just answer to see.  they told me I had won the gift card and just needed a couple minutes to guide me through the computer. Soo I did. said go to wakanetwork.com and do not put www in front of it. i thought that was weird. they had me put my name and address in and click to page 2...that is where she said to put my information of my master card of visa or bank card on there. I said I dont have a credit card.  She said ok put your bank information from your debit card. I said I DONT have a debit card either and why would I do that IF you said only needed my address to send the giftcard. she said we are a secure sight. nothing goes any further. my info is not given out. please put my bank card info in there. I said I TOLD YOU I DO NOT HAVE A CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD..I said I am hanging up now..she said ok I will wait. I thought what?  she has tried to return the call another 5 times cell and home phone today already and it isnt even 2 in the afternoon.  SCAM I would say

Receiving multiple unwanted calls from this number, about every 2 hours.  This is harrassment!

Since June 30 I have received 11 calls from this phone number. When i answer it is just silence and if I do not answer they do not leave a message. I tried calling back and could not get through.

I got many many calls every day from this phone 4 to 6 times a day, I never answered, and when i called back nobody spoke at the other side

receive numerous calls from this number, but don't pick up because I don't recognize the number & no one leaves a message...they also call my son's cell number within minutes of calling mine & do the same thing...both of our numbers are on the "Do Not Call" Registry, but that doesn't seem to stop theses people!

They have called me multiple times along with phone number 862-367-5513, I have a phone that is pay by the minute. Get these people to leave us alone !!!!!!!!!!  The 862 number was calling me before 9 a.m.
Why is it so difficult for the phone companies to stop this?  Are they in on it too? I know when I call for help on my cell phone it goes to India. The people I've had the misfortune of talking to on these calls are also Indian.  HUH SUPRISE SUPRISE

I've been getting calls from this number as well. Never have left a voicemail and I stopped bothering to answer when they do call. It just seems like a waste of time to answer the call when there is never anyone on the line.

Yeah, those are the names she gave me for herself and the "savings and loan" company.

This lady call me up on my cell phone and told me that I would get a gift card for Walmart for $100 that I filled out a survey online.  She told me to go on my computer and type in their website which is Wakanetwork.  Their phone number showing on my cell phone is 717-121-3566.  This company is scamming people.

I have received multiple calls on my cell phone from this number in the past 10 days. I declined to answer since I didn't recognize the number, but did answer this morning, and no one spoke; after a few seconds, however, I received a fax-attempt sound. I have tried several times to call the number back, but receive a message of "your call cannot be completed as entered".
