I just got a call from 904-996-2640 through my privacy director and it turned out to be Galen School of Nursing in Tampa Fl. Hope this helps. I requested info online but they called naturallly.

I get at least two (2) calls sometimes more calls a day from this number. I want them stopped.

1/8/2012  Keep getting calls. ID shows 'Privacy Directy' I pay Bell Tell to stop these calls, to no avail.

someone from the 904-996-2460 number has called my parents who are in their mid eighties-when my parents tried to call the number back you get the privacy director nonsense. My parents are afraid someone will show up at their house, even though they did not give out any financial information-this kind of stuff makes me furious.

Calls at 3:30 in the morning!  I want it stopped.

I just got a call from this number....4:56PM...5/22/10.

I have had 17 calls from this number; have called AT&T said they cannot help, I cannot block this number. Have tried to call it- you cannot call this number. Calls started on 10/23/09 and last call up to now was last night 10/27/09 at 9:09 PM. most calls have been 2 in morning and 2 in the evening. I want this to stop immediately and the phone company investigate the problem.

It's ATT calling or someone claiming to be ATT using 904 996 2640 and calling thru Privacy Director.

This numbers calls constantly, even at 5:30 in the morning.  I can't find out who they are to report them

I have received numberous calls from this number and want them stopped

I receive calls from this number at least three times per day.  The calls have come from the bell south service office, from candidates running for offices, from collectors.  When the messages goes into my voice mail, it sounds like some one is counting in spanish or speaking in a foreign lanuage.  Please help me.  I have tried to block the calls but the system will not allow me to do so.  Thanks

This number has called my house 8 times in an hour this morning. They leave no message on the answering machine. I am on the do not call list.

SAME PROBLEM.  PRIVACY DIRECTOR IS A SERVICE PROVIDED BY PHONE COMPANIES TO REDIRECT ANONYMOUS OR BLOCKED ID PHONE CALLS TO A FILTER THAT FORCES THE CALLER TO ID THEMSELVES IF THEY WANT TO TALK TO YOU.

Received a call from this number (showed Privacy Director) this evening. The call -- a female identified my wife by first name as follows "Hey (wife's name)! This is the tennis lady down the street on (our street name). Pick up the phone, I know you're home..." Talk about your low-life telmarketing scum. This one gets reported to the FCC.

yep, i got a call from it today, i heard my machine pick up and there was a recorded voice saying it had a message for me, but when the beep from the machine happened to record it they hung up

I have had the same call it happens a few times a day.  Never no message.

I had exactly the same experience, back in the early part of 2007. I was getting calls from them daily.  It is a service provided by the phone company,that can easily be removed, by calling the phone co. and requesting that it be removed from your number. I hope this helps ,as it is a big aggravation.

I recieve calls from this number almost daily. The id displays privacy director. On my answering machine an audible three beeps are heard. In calling the number back I get a recording suggesting I refer to instructions about privacy director. Maddening.
