This number just call our home (my wife answered the phone). The caller said we  asked for information about something (which we did not)and they had a gift card for Target if we signed up for what ever it was they were trying to sell. My wife told the caller we did not ask for any information and hung up. She typed the number in search on goggle and found the number is based in Hershey , Pa. and has a Dauphin,, Pa. landline level 3 communications (whatever all that means). So watch your credit card bills for charges you did not make. This happened to me last summer when there was a charge on my Verizon phone bill that was unknown to me. I called Verizon and asked them what this was and the customer service person said I signed up for what ever it was and they go through Verizon to bill me. I was pissed at Verizon for letting a different company go through them to bill me. I sure Verizon was getting a kick back. So I had to call this other company to complain and get the charge off my phone bill. It took me 3 months to get that charge off my phone bill. So watch all your bills. Good luck. Ken

This number keeps calling and calling it nerver stops, three calls back to back every Hour. The phone rings once it hangs up  If I answer they hang up on me. Whats going on?

Well, if it were important, they'd leave a message. As soon as you call that phone #, you will get billed for every minute you talk. Sometimes it's $4 a minute or it could be $75 per call.

So please be sure to NOT call this number at all!!!! Remember, if ANY number calls that many times and still doesn't leave a message, most likely it's a prank call!!

I've gotten eleven calls today alone from 717-321-8123 and it's pissing me off. Every time they call they won't leave a message and when I try to call the number, I get an automated voice saying "please leave a message" over and over again. How cn I get the phone company to block this call?

this number keeps calling me, 6 times a day.  I just wrote Verizon about blocking it. and i know i tried calling it from my work phone.  Now i read that it will charge.   Now what government agency is going to investigate it, anyone know?

They kept calling morning (fairly early), noon, and night!!!  I finally answered, but no one said anything.  I waited for a good many seconds and finally someone spoke.  I think they have a computer dialing system that leaves a LONG pause between you answering and a real person speaking.  Anyway it was for my daughter.  It was video professor wanting to send her "free" stuff with some kind of offer, and I told them that i would check with her but she probably was not interested.  She's away at college, so  when they kept calling I answered and told the woman that she wasn't interested.  She got so RUDE and told me that my daughter had to tell her that she didn't want it!  I was livid and told her that my daughter didn't pay the phone bill that I did and DON'T call this number again.  Well they kept calling and the I answered again and got really ugly with the guy.  I explained the previous call and how rude the woman was and he was very nice and apologized.  He said he would take care of it and they've never called again. (Although it's only been 5 days).

These calls started about a week ago and come in rapid succession with a "239" called ID, and "Unavailable." I have a new phone number and am not on any craigslist or anything. Only family members have the new number. Who are these people and how do we get them to stop calling???

I get calls from this number  a few times,and when I answer,they don't say anything,or hang up right in my ear. I wonder what type of business,calls someone's home,and just hang up when they answer??

Also,it comes up "Blocked Name" so I have no clue,who's calling,or where they're calling from.

I keep getting phone calls,from this number but everytime I answer,the hang up or say absolutely nothing! I think it may be someone trying to sell something,or trying to get all your personal information. Just called again, despite earlier actually speaking with someone and telling them there was no "Quentin" at this number.
