Back in 06 I had a credit card I was 18 at the time it was for 2,000 I couldn't offered to make payments anymore after 2008 when I had my son n lost my job well now in Feb in 2014 I get a court paper from this credit company saying to bring copy's of all my assets they were sueing me for 5,000 because of late fees n all that the lady's name is sue .I ended up going it was in moosic pa. It was no  court office no judge it was just a little room with a lady named sue and an "attorney" named Kim they basically said I have 30 days to pay 500 and then 80 a month until it was payed off n if I don't they are going yo take my car and have a sheriff come in and take my stuff ..I never signed anything agreeing to this  and I never received anything  in the mail from them with this "agreement" but she keeps calling saying if I don't follow up they will continue with the repo? Its been years since I had this credit card can they really do this ? I don't know what to do I am a single mother  I offerd some money but can give 500 at once.

They Call me every single day On 507-207-1892 number there are other numbers but i just ignore them

a great federal agency called me back. they recieved my phone call and am sending my message to thier attorneys. I forwarded in all the papers................oh to see Conflitti and Mulligan in jail side by side .........

Lets see here- Google Maureen Napolitano- you will see she was named in several of the law suits with acc, llc.....She is now going by her maiden name of Lynott and now working for Cohen in his private practice in Kingston PA. Dennis Mark has been disciplined by the PA Atty Dis. Board previously. I worked for American , then they created Ability 2/3/2011 but i was working for both companies.....being forced to prepare illegal civil complaints at the magistrate level. I worked for them from 11/22/2010 to 5/6/2011 when they let me go and offered cohen to stay on part time but he refused and left- they then called me back in october 2011 and i finally left cos i couldnt stand the fraud 1/6/2012 and took it to jason rapa, esq who sues them. i then went to sr deputy jp mcgowan at the pa atty gen office. when i spoke w marty flynn our state reps office they called and said yep acc llc doesnt exist - but for some reason mcgowan hasnt done his job so i just spoke w the FTC the other day - consumer line who had me leave a message with FTC LAW ENFORCEMENT 3/4/2014 and Im waiting for a call back from them. in the mean time im making yet another copy of the file i have to mail to the FTC.

It would be nice if we could believe you but your writing skills are atrocious; enough so that I doubt the veracity of your statements.  Normally, shills will show up defending the thieves and typing in ALL CAPS thinking that that will make their point more solid.  You have entered our dwelling place typing in ALL CAPS with a story that would make us believe that you are on our side.  However, something doesn't quite feel right.  Is there any more detail you can provide, on an insiders level that we could verify before coming to the conclusion that you are on the up-and-up?

As for your comment about puppies, I can find about a million posts by shills on this site that are complete and total wastes of space on this planet.  In fact, I am responding to one now!  Of course you know "ALOT" (sic) about this company - you work for them.  Speaking of unproven and ridiculous, how about you prove any of these people owe a debt by validating the debts according to the FDCPA.

I have been contacted by a Tracy Dale for the past 2 weeks she has been calling me every single day. Saying I owed money on a bill for part of a CT scan that wasnt covered from PrimeMed. I had straightened it out with primemed and she still said I had not paid them and was putting it on my credit!!!!!!

Make notes- if you can , record the phone calls. Make sure you get names, numbers, times called, have someone else say they are you and then use that ot sue them....jsut a suggestion lol

Honey I am making it my last breath to take these a** licks down.
