Very confused. This number has called me 5 times in the past month and it's getting more frequent. I have never answered but they've also never left a message. On this site ppl have said all different kinds of things they have said or had "survey questions" to ask but they were always shady. Idk who they are but it's weird and needs to stop.

Called me and did survey. Stupid me. Said it was for people with disabilities.

I don't really care how legal it is. I didn't call back the first time they left a message and don't plan on answering. They can put that in their stats.

Franklin and Marshall College is asking you to do a survey for Muscular Dis-trophy - at least that was the message the first time they called said. The second time there was no message - so they are exempt from the DNC because it is both a) a survey and b) for charity. And the first time they left a 'case' number for me to give if I wanted to call them back to answer questions about how I felt about Muscular Dis-tropy and how my community was dealing with those who had the disease . I am not going to call back. Returning their call is not going to happen because I am not going get on any more charity mailing lists.

While this may have been a Non-profit Organization I think it was telemarketing at its' "finest".

This was a legitimate survey of likely voters on behalf of a news organization. I spoke to the and saw the results of what was obviously the same survey in the newspaper a few days later.  Surveys are not included in the Do Not Call List, since they have to be random, and a lot of scammers try to pretend their marketing is a survey. But this was not pushing any candidate and appeared to be following good survey procedures. But good procedures include choosing a particular person in the household and trying multiple times to talk to that person, since lots of failed contacts makes the statistics less valid.

Why not get on the Franklin & Marshall College website and send emails to them day-in and day-out????????????

This number has called my cell phone twice.  Once, the message just said, "Hey."

I've been getting calls from this number for days now. All times of the day. Just started recently. Never any message left.

Survey for hospitals?? WTF? My own hospital does that and I think its ridiculous for another company to call about this type of stuff on a SUNDAY! Leave me alone!!!! Geeeez!!!!

They called and left a message about my heating bill. Called back several times a few days later but left no message. Annoying!!

Multiple calls from this number and 717-291-5508. I don't answer and they don't leave a message. One time I picked up and they hung up. Weird

Today I got. Phone call from this num and they were asking me about how my health it's been and the lady was talking to me for 35 min it was so weird the way she was asking me if I have sex with condoms idk wtf was that about

I just got a call from this number for the first time ever. I don't answer calls if I do not recognize the number.

These people called me twice. They claimed that they were from Franklin and Marshall college doing a survey on recent graduates of Drexel University. I am a Drexel grad but I have no clue how they got my number. The thing that irritated me about it is that they called on a Sunday, right at dinner time.

Keeps callingmy cell phone. Hangs up each time without a message. Called the number and it is a survey company. Avoid them!

I received a call from this number.  They asked me several questions re: first name, my phone, phone useage, if I was head of household making medical decisions, my zip code.  When I gave them my zip code (idiot that I am) they said they reached their quota and didn't need to ask me any more questions.  Said the survey was about cosmetic surgery.  I usually just hang up... what was I thinking???

Weird call from this people calling not leaving messages finally I answer phone asking for a guy not even lives here and ask 3 times if this wasan't his place of residence. When I ask to leave message they told me they only wanted to ask a question..Very weird...

They've been calling and leaving no message, and I knew Franklin and Marshall is a college, but we have no affiliation with them. I answered the phone when they called today-- a Sunday-- (they've been calling at least once/day over the past few weeks) and a man answered and said he wanted to speak to my husband and mentioned my husband's first name. I said he wasn't here and asked if he want to leave a message, but he said "no" and that he'd "try again later". I wish I would've told him to QUIT CALLING US!!!!

This is a survey. Recently had services from a medical center, they just want to know how the experience was.

I answered the call last week and said I was not interested in their survey. Since then, they have called four more times.

The weirdest thing happened to me! I received a call from this number to my cell, but didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number. When I checked the msg left on my voicemail, it was from my friend in CT!?! The number registered on my caller i.d. is (717)358-4632....still scratching my head with this one!?!

Got several calls from this number.  I would say that it was annoying but that's what they want and more than likely they think it's funny.
