i've received numerous calls from this number. they were looking for my son's father. they've claimed that  fraudulent activity was in connection to his name and ss#. and charges against both will be pressed. i've ket telling them that he was no longer w/me,which he still isn't. but,i did find out that he is wanted for a crime he actually did commit,not by that number though. anyway,when i dial that number,it's always a very fast busy signal.

i've gotten phone calls from this number shortly after i've put out my son's father back in late december,early january. they've said it was fraudulent activity against his name and social security number. and they've kept calling. they've had an arabic accent. and they have urged him to call them back. being that he's not w/me,i've called back. i'm not going to say what was supposedly been the real deal for the call. they're suppose to be legal & criminal invsetigations unit.

They are actually from PAKISTAN ,,mastered with INDIAN ACCENT, Indians are software engineers and they have a lot of money,and I am working for one such Indian

These guys are bunch of SCAMS belong from INDIA.dont pay anything to them.

1. charged with fraud or passing bad checks or embezzlement or
2. served with a court summons or arrest warrant or bench warrant or whatever or
3. located in preparation to being served or for a lawsuit or to be arrested or
4. sued for cable TV usage that you've been stealing for years or
5. whatever stupid crap reasons they will think up next.

And you have to...
1. call back with your case number or
2. confirm your address or SSN or whatever so you can be served or your papers can be processed or
3. pay $895 now to avoid paying $5,000 in court or
4. whatever stupid crap reasons they will think up next.

Beware extortion scams come in many flavors and they constantly evolve to stay one step ahead of the law.

Took $200 out off my credit card.  I did not know.  I am disabled and not well.  I did not know whata was happening.  I though maybe I had gotten something from these people and forgot.  My family usually handles things for.  They said they were from Angkor Company.  They said they were collecting for several different companies.  I mentioned the 2 companies I have dealt with in the pass. Mr. James Adams, Mr. Smith, Mr. Johnson, Mr. ?????? ALL SOUND LIKE THE SAME PERSON OF HINDU ORIGIN.  I don't know how I got into this but please lookout for these callswith these mostly foreign accent people (hindues) etc. calling and saying your loan has been turned over to them.  I have had to close all accounts.  Please beware of these SCAM artists.

Do not pick up! They are scammers. Block this number so they can't keep calling you. These people are theifs and they will get theirs. Report them to the FTC at www.ftc.gov/. Maybe enough complaints and they will actaully do something

This number called me today July 18, 2011, he claimed his name was shawn woods and that my case was going to court. Its been a while since one of these numbers has tried to contact me. Is there any way to stop them from calling all together now? I just laugh at them on the phone now because there is no use getting mad its been so long...He told me he was with the Investigation of something, hard to tell through all the broke english.

I just got the call again.  His name is Alex Rodgers and he left me a message stating that a warrant for my arrest will be issued if I don't call him back.  I am thinking of calling him back to see if he will give me the same information he gave you about the county court he is calling from.  This is ridiculous and very annoying.  They have also contacted my place of employment.

You are so right.  They will NOT stop calling.  I have been getting these calls for a long time and they are annoying.  These people need to be STOPPED.

How do you keep this people from calling? They are repeatedly calling my work and it is not very professional.  They also said they would keep calling 1,000 times until I lost my job.  This won't happen but it is very embarrasing.  I have never done business with these people.

Received a message at work to call Shawn Martins from the Investigative Bureau .... same scenario as everyone else that has reported them.  I received calls a couple of months ago - same person (Indian speaking) but a different name (what do ya know!!!).
I don't owe anything on a payday loan so they are barking up the wrong tree.  These people need to be stopped

Yes. I get get calls from this number here in Maryland.  Guy claiming to be Officer Jeff Martin and that an arrest warrant is being filed in my local court. "Lies".  They claim to be working for Cashnet Payday Loan.

Received a call from Roderick and this is a SCAM and I will not return their calls.  I have had received numberous phone calls like this for several months with different names and phones numbers for ARABS that don't know how to speak properly.  They are idiots and should be prosecuted to the highest degree.  They have stolen citizen's identities and I have contacted the authorites about their actions many times.  PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO THEIR PHONE CALLS; IT IS A SCAM!!!!!  No such company and no such phone number!

I just called this FOOL back to see what the story was.  I asked some simple questions that he should have been able to answer  and he was screaming at me.  Un-believable.. He states he is with the Bureau of Investigation, however his demeanor was outrageous.  I hung up on him.   I will report him if I get one more call.  OMG

#1.  What country is this FOOL calling from?  Certainly Americans dont act this way!!

I received a call from this foreigner today 071111. He insists that I call him back, I DONT use Pay Day Loans as they are con artists amongst themselves.How did this scam artist get my cell phone number?
I have to buy minutes for my cell phone and when this fool left me a message it deducted from my usage.  Call me back.   I'll give you an ear full.. Next time I will report you to the debt harassment HOTLINE.

Also when this number calls it will often show up as four zeros on your caller id.

Received several calls at work and on my cell.  All calls were back to back within minutes of the other.  The gentleman sounded like he was indian with a very thick accent.  He said his name was Jack Watson but did not leave a business name.  He just left instructions for me to call him back at this number.  I used caller id block to call back and received the message that my international call could not be completed as dialed.  

I have been receiving this calls since January 2011 with about two months gaps in between each call.  They have slowed considerablly b/c if I actually answer I get as much info as possible and then tell them I am reporting this call to the FBI cyber unit and do not call me again.  This usually stops the calls for about two months and they eventually start back.

No, they won't stop calling.  They will just wait a few months and start calling again using various other different american names but it will be the same gentlemen.  Also, it sounds like they are calling from some type of open area b/c you can hear other callers reading the same script.

Numerous calls from this number, stating he was Kevin Watson from National Bureau of Criminal Investigation, lots of noise in the background, told me there was a case pending against me.  He would not tell me at first what it was about, and I got rather hot, cursed at him and told him to file his ------ case.  He cursed back at me using several different words, but still did not tell me what this was about.  I hung up - no calls since.

i got A call from this nk umber this morning at 10:45, and a voicemail telling me to call back someone named jason martin that it was avery important legal matter, then at 11:45 i received a call from the same number same person ( sounded like someone from India) saying his namewas mark andrews from the national beareau of crime investigation, and an arrest warrent has been issued for me and if i didnt call him back today that I would be arested within the next 24 hours.  I know that this is a total scam as several months ago i received these calls and ignored them and had the same message from another indian gentleman from a different "internet crime investigation" department calling me and lo and behold i have not been arrested not had anything else happened.  Just ignore them eventually they will stop calling.

case # CFI150781: the woman looked it up and said there was no such case file, so she then transfered me to the Chief of Crime unit there, he called the phone number which is "717-395-9686" pretending to be my husband and told them to quit calling us because it was a scam, well "Chris Brown" hung up on him and he called him right back and the chief said he could do this all day. When receiving calls from people like this make sure to look up info on them, I got those people to stop calling but hopefully they will stop calling everybody else. Tell them you are going to contact the police department from which county and state that the number is from.
