Wanted to refer leads to Realtors.  When I told him I only pay a referral fee after a successful closing, he hung up.

its a telemarketer looking for licensed real estate agents in different areas to pass leads off to.

I didnt talk to him long, but im guessing you give them money and they give you leads.
