I got the same call, Danette DeAugustino looking for a local Realtor. When I called back I heard a bunch of other people in the background on calls. some kinda BS.

Just received the same call.  You could hear people in the background and I guarantee a call center.  Imagine a company trying to sell leads or establish you as the point of contact for your area.

She must have been working there for a while.  I just got the same message and had a hunch it was a sales call so I googled the number.  I was right and know, thanks to all of you who report.

Got a voicemail from this number -Danette Augustino asking for a local REALTOR.

I received the same call from Danette Augustino. No real clients to refer at this time, only services I did not request to sell. If you have a real referral, I am more than happy to work with just about anyone, but if you do not, I ask you to respect us as professionals. Our time is limited.

Got the same call, except she needed assistance in San Antonio... - googled the number before calling back - now I know I don't need to.  Too many scams out there to not be suspicious and look out for your own best interests.

got a call from danette d'agostino "looking for some help in San Antonio".  I called back and got the same vm as other posters.  I know everyone has to make a living, but resent being misled.  She even came to me through Connect2Agent site, which specifically says on the screen that the agents (i.e., me) prefer no telemarketing calls!

I find it amazing that this day in age everyone is so hung up on technology, what ever happen to calling an indavidual to find out if you could assist them in any matter pertaining to real estate. As a professional I make it a point to call anyone that is looking for assistance and I guess I am just old school. Twenty years in the business I choice to inform and educate.

I callad Dannette DAgostino back, found her to be a lovely person , very knowledgable in the forum of real estate. She has assisted me in building my business, through web site development, client management, and training as well as adding live potential clients to my pipeline. I have had a return in my investment in my first 3 months utilizing her. I would recommend her and the services her company provides to any professional looking to take their business to the next level.

I did get a call.  She sounded like a potenial buyer or seller.  I thought it may be false, but took a chance and found out my hunch was right.  She was selling a service. I am located in Bozeman, MT.  She complimented my name and just kept talking....she was nice, but I ended up just hanging up when I read on-line while she was yapping and saw all the other comments above.  Thanks everyone!  You saved me time and energy.

Do Not Call list doesn't apply if you list your personal numbers on a publicly accessible forum (i.e. websites). She obviously doesn't look down on you, so don't look down on her for doing her job.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Dannette a few months ago, now I have the pleasure of working with her program Get My Homes Value.  I just recevied a follow up call from her and not reconizing her number I googled her to find this site.  Dannette and GMHV are great people and a great company.  I have been with this company for almost 4 months now. I personally have received 7 listing and 2 closing.  Every month I continue to add new prospects to my business.  So for all of you that think Dannette is a "bi***" and that GMHV is a bunch of Telemarkerters, I'm laughing at you because more than likley your just too broke to afford this service and you apparently have way too much time on your hands.  Good Bless

I am a Realtor. Just received a call from Dinette DiAugustino with GetMyHomesValue.com, telling me she was looking for an agent to help with her clients. When pressed, she doesn't have any clients at all. This company has no regard for the national Do Not Call list. She's nice enough, but the company wants people to buy into their referral membership directory.

Same phone call here from the same person/same number.  I returned the call and got the same voicemail.  I'm working on making it a "profitable day" now.  I'm sure it's somebody wanting to "sell me leads".  No thanks, life is pretty good without your help.

Call from Denneatte (sp) accurately asking for a local realtor. Voicemail sounded very official rather than a layperson looking for assistance. A return call got a voice greeting ending in "...Make it a profitable day!"
