Same, my wife and I got the same message on our phones via text. I didn't return the call, but if what Julie says is right, it's definitely a scam.

The same just happened to me! I got the same exact message. I do not have an achieve card either!?!? I called using my land line phone because I wanted to let then know I do not have a card with that company and it was just a recording asking me to put in my 16 digit account number. There was no option to speak to anyone so I just hung up.

Recieved a text message from 8435981@vtext.com which stated that "Achieve Card Blocked Due to Fraud. Please call 717-484-8245. I see similar scams but different numbers in reference to Achieve Card. I do not have an Achieve Card.
