I get a call from this number several times a week. I don' answer the phone. How can I stop this number from calling?

I get a call probably a least once a day from this number.  I don't answer, but am very tired of this.  It must be a machine because my number is not listed.  Does anyone know how I can find out and report this?  When I have answered by mistake no one was on the line.
