It's a complete fraud - they will drain your account and you will receive absolutely nothing.

This woman called my business 4 times today offering to save me money on my credit card transactions. When I asked her to put me on her do not call list, she told me to show her where that list was, if she knew where it was she would put my name at the top. I tried explaining the Michigan Solicitation Sales Act and Telephone Consumer Protection Act, but she said that law does not apply to her since she is not trying to sell me anything, she is trying to save me money. I told her that she can't expect people to respond positively to her with such an attitude. She told me she calls people all day with great success and it is my attitude that is the problem...and then she hung up. I guess she wanted to talk more about it since she called back 3 times within the hour, but I did not pick up.
