I've called them back twice (because they always hang up on me) and asked them to stop calling, they claim they will remove my number, but after a couple of days the phone calls and hangups start again.  Please file a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry.  If they get enough complaints about a certain business, legal action will be taken.  Do not call complaints will be entered into a secure online database available to civil and criminal law enforcement agencies. While the FTC does not resolve individual consumer problems, your complaint will help the agency investigate the company, and could lead to law enforcement action.

They call all the time and I get a woman with an accent saying hello...hello...SO ANNOYING!

Yes I get calls but noone is there.

I receive three to four calls from this number per week. They say they are Pulse telecom, selling international calling plans. No matter how many times I tell them that I do not make international calls, they keep calling. I have asked to have my number removed from their system, but they call. I have spoken to supervisors and they assure me that I will not be called again, but They do call back. They have told me they are calling from New York, Montreal, and Troy Michigan. I can not find anyone there that speaks english as a native tongue. They call here, hang up, and wait for me to call back to coplain, and then still try to sell me their crap! One guy told me that there are all indian people in the call center, so I could not speak to a white person. Never asked to speak to a white person, just a native english speaker that I could understand.

Oh yes, and to those (Pulse Telecom employees posing as) satisfied customers.  What are you doing on the complaint boards if you are so satidfied??

These idiots keep calling me as well.  They either hang up or have someone with a terrible indian accent calling about long distance rates for Pulse Telecom. They keep calling here in Montreal. I asked them to bother me in french or not bother me at all.  He can barely speak english, so forget about french!

I AM USING PULSE TELECOM  TO AND I AM SO HAPPYI AND REALY SAVE MANY I AM USING FORE 4 YEARS I DONT THING TO CHANGE TO THE  DIFFERENT COMPANY. FIRST HAVE E GOOD CONECION AND LOW REATS FOR ANY CONTRY IN  EUROPE.

I am using Pulse Telecom as Local Service and will sugest to everyone to check that out and to make the decision becouse will help you to save some money .

When I got the call from this number I called back and talked to them , there was a Calling Center Internacional (CCI) and they are saling LD service with good rates in my opinion and there is another LD service Pulse Telecom , they can offer even Local Service . I think we have to see and hear more carefully what they offer and after that we can judge.

I received those calls too and I was calling back to them , it is a real Phone Company and they are offering realy good rates to make internacional calls,if you dont like their English (this is for the albanian people) you can talk in albanian with them and you don't have this  opportunity always.I am going to try thas service .

I know about this company, i do not know about your experiences but i did get the long distance with them and it was not a scam and it is working fine for quite some time now.

they tryed to sell me Internacional Long Distance...since am Albanian, and were trying to scam me, Anyway people at NECC need to get some ESL Classes first, cose their English sucks... HOLLER! P.S.  I love it when you whisper "Te Dua" in Albanian

This is an Albanian company called NECC trying to sell me long distance service. They call and hang up after a few seconds. I called them back and requested that they stop calling me with these type of telemarketing calls, especially since they are calling me on my cell# (against the law to do so) and they hung up on me. I am going to file a report with the FCC at http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm, you should also and I hope they get seriously fined for this. Apparently they single individuals out that have an Albanian sounding name and try to scam them.

Extremely unprofessional...apparently they sell international calling plans.  They have the option of speaking to someone in English or Albanian, which seemed random to me.  

It doesn't seem they have an official name and therefore seem illegitimate.
