answered phone no one there

it's National Grid. They called me about a tune-up last weekend. I told them I wasn't interested and hung up but they apparently called again today and didn't leave a message. F***ing pests...

Loud old school fax machine sound. Everyone says its Keyspan which is actually called National Grid this week. They are actually coming to my home tomorrow so they are probably calling to confirm. Their phone system sucks c**k.

got a call Sunday 4/26/09 no message just loud noise on the line - 6:42 PM -

I got a call from 718-249-1400 today.  The caller told me that they are holding a contract with us to maintain the heating system of my home, and so the caller wanted to make an appointment to update the heating system.  However, my home does not have a heating system; and I suspect that this call may be from some sort of gang interested in robbery or some other illegal activity which would require them to enter my home.

Twice now during work I got a call from this number. It's disruptive since few people have my cell phone number and would call while I'm at work. It rings as an unknown number. Once music played and the second time when I answered they hung up.

A**holes keep calling; unidentified; no message; when answered they hang-up; they call everyday.

In this day and age all commercial calls should be fully disclosed and identifiable; this is abusing peoples right to privacy; this type of phone activity should be illegal!!!

Who are these A**holes? Must be the Lizard Tails...

Rang, I picked up and nobody there.  Tried calling them to see what it was about and there was a message indicating I should provide a 4 digit extension.

718-249-1400 They have called me on my mobile at work a couple of times in the last two weeks. Never answer & hang up when I return the call.
Annoying! Is there any way to block that?

1-718-249-1400 a man left a message on our answering machine at 7:44pm NEW YEAR'S EVE!!!!!  Stated it was Keyspan Home Services and had a Home Heating Tune-Up Promotion for 1/2-1/3/2008...And if interested to call 1-800-539-7726......Could NOT BELIEVE this call came in on New Year's Eve!!!!
