Ethiopia has such a poor satellite system that the signals from intermediate servers get crossed. I know because I was expecting a missed call from my friend in Ethiopia. The same number in question called me. I called my friend back and asked her if she had called: she said yes. I am sure many lines get crossed when people from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia try to reach someone here in the states.

This number is from someone you know. He wants you to call back. It is not fake at all. It is from Ethiopia; and he/she could be your relative.
