it seems like every idiot with an agenda has my number I constantly get calls from this number as well

Received a call from this number and a female left a message in another language-possibly Russian.

I have received numerous calls from 718-303-9080, in Russian, for Richard Brodsky's campaign. I speak about 10 words of Russian but I repeatedly heard "Richard Brodsky" and one mention of "ground zero." Brodsky is an Assemblyman from Westchester County and a Democratic candidate for New York State Attorney General.

I called 718-303-9080 back and found that it is a calling card service provided by Davidson Phone Co. The business office is 212-967-7833. I spoke to a young woman who said that her company could not be responsible for the actions of its customers. Hopefully, she is reading from a script and takes more responsibility for her own actions than her company takes for its.

I then called Richard Brodsky's campaign office at 914-332-4940. I spoke to Will who apologized for the phone calls, asked for my name and phone number, and said that my number would be removed from the Brodsky list. He also said that the Democratic primary is today and that I should not receive more calls once the primary is over.

If you have been receiving calls like I have, I encourage you to call Davidson Phone Company and Richard Brodsky's campaign and urge them to end the harassment.

Have gotten numerous calls from this number.  It's a political call/survey.  Message left on voicemail is computer-generated.  Annoying.

A recorded message in Russian with a Male voice. Have received 2 already

I got a call from 718 303 9080. It was Russian and it sounded like a pre recorded political message.
I have an eastern European name and therefor could be mistaken for Russian.
I am on the do not call registry so I don't know how they got through.
Don't ever pick up these calls,they are all scams of some kind.

I live in NYC and received a call from 718-303-9080 also. I was not home at the time - I saw the number a couple of times on my caller ID. I guess, being I'm not Russian, its not for me.

got a call from this numer-(718) 303-9080 and they did not leave a message. I figure it is telemarketing. we also get calls from a few washington based phone numbers with same modus operandi--how can we stop these calls.

Young lady called, asked for my husband using his first name.
I asked her to leave a message, she hang up.

I keep receiving calls from this number with recorded messages.
My number is 718-648-1944.
I do not want to receive these calls.

718 is located in ny (brooklyn, queens and staten island)

Sounds like a phone bank. The message was a political pitch for local elections.

Same thing happened...strange...I thought it sounded like Russian too!

Got a call on my cell phone from this number. No Message left.

Got a call from this number and a lady spoke for about 4 seconds in Russian and then was silent for about 15 seconds before hanging up.
