This supposed company is now going by American Finance.  Their agent is using the name James Cooper and he is clearly not fluent in English so I am pretty sure his name is a crock.  Watch your back everyone.  I, luckily, worked for an insurance company and knew sending money up front for a loan was not how it worked.  Why would you send someone money to send you money?  If you needed the loan... you wouldn't have the cash to send.  They offered my husband a $3000 loan for us sending them close to $300 up front.  They are calling our house early in the morning too.  I called them and told them to remove our name and telephone number from their calling list.  I would advise you all to do so too.

This number just called me at 730am!

An upfront fee for a loan is ILLEGAL. Period.

Ryan with Quick Finance called from this number his ext.118.  I was applying for a payday loan and they got my number somehow and wanted to loan me way over the amount I was looking for then he explained the payback procedure but first he wanted me to go to Western Union send them 210.00 dollars then they would send it right back with the additional money they would be lending his reason for this was to make sure I had some money and not be dependent solely on the loan then he told me to call 5 minutes prior to getting to the Western Union so that it would give him time to make sure he was in his office when I called so he could walk me through the procedure then asked when I was going I told him in about an hour knowing I was not going since it seemed fishy and I had no internet access at that time I was in my car driving.  In an hour he called asked if I had gotten to Western Union yet I told him no I got tied up and it would be about 30 minutes more.  He called again in another hour and I didn't answer phone...called 5 times in a row then stopped calling. Soon as I got home I Googled the number and found many people had been scammed by this company and have several phone numbers and use several names as well.  I am glad I didn't trust the situation and I want to make sure no one is scammed by these people, it's horrible you are looking for a loan and these people are trying to steal what you have putting you in a worse situation.
