This is absolutely a scam. A friend of mine called me about this company because she had done business with them. She charged $5000 to her credit card for products and shipping costs, and was reimbursed for two weeks. After the two weeks was over, the company redacted their payments and now she is stuck with the bill and the late charges on her credit card. The reason they have a two week introductory period is because that's about how long it takes for the banks to process the transactions, communicate that the account is fraudulent, and return the funds back to the bank.

Also, if you read any of the documents they send via e-mail, there are TONS of spelling and grammatical errors. Definitely a red flag for a scam. Also, google the company name and the word "scam". Tons of articles from other people come up that have been scammed by these people as well.

If you've done business with this company, you've been duped and you're not getting your money back. You should report your case to www.ic3.gov (the Internet Crimes Complaint Center) or to www.ftc.gov/complaint - which is the Federal Trade Commission.

I want to add that the scenario presented, if indeed true, also smacks of money laundering -

"After you make the payment they to your credit card, then they will ask you to make purchases with your credit card on their behalf and ship the purchases to another country. You have just been scammed because your credit card will reverse the payment to your account after they discover that the company's Wells Fergo Bank is fraudulent."

In all my years working in the business world, I've NEVER been asked to do this - all I would say is that people should do their due diligence.  Legitimate companies use their OWN corporate credit cards - they don't ask their employees to pay for stuff on their personal cc and reimburse them.  Again, it's very suspicious for a company to do this.

I understand what your saying, but in this GST case they are the one paying for your credit card bill first and then they ask you to buy goods to be shipped overseas..... they even ask you not to exceed on the amount that they paid off. I don't think John O knows what he is talking about. He is just probably guessing and accusing a company, but he is not really sure of what he's talking about.  I am asking him if he already had a transaction with Melinda Woods.

Any company which asks you to pay for things with your OWN credit card, ship the items on your own dime, to be reimbursed later are absolutely suspect.  That's a very shady practice at best!

How did you know that this company is a scam? Did you accept the job offer? Have you done any transaction with Melinda Woods? Defend your accusations please. Explain your accusations. This might help people who got the same offer as you got from this company. Thank you.

This number is being used by a scam company operating as Global Sourcing and Trade company G.S.T. AG , they also go by the name G.S.T. Marketing GmbH company. The manager is Melinda Woods (unsure if it is really her name). The company will offer you a job with a salary of $76,000 a year as "Procurement/Purchasing Manager." They promises benefits, bonuses, which makes them appear legit but they scam you thousands of dollars. They will ask you to give them your maxed out credit card amounts and pay it off with their company bank account with Wells Fergo Bank. After you make the payment they to your credit card, then they will ask you to make purchases with your credit card on their behalf and ship the purchases to another country. You have just been scammed because your credit card will reverse the payment to your account after they discover that the company's Wells Fergo Bank is fraudulent. Now you are out of money and your credit cards cancelled, if you don't repay the credit card company. When I googled the 718-473-0847 phone number, I found out that they also uses an alternate phone number 718-442-8476
