keep receiving calls from a women with a very heavy spanish accent, asking me if I speak
spanish.  I told her no, she keeps calling.  Who is she? What company does she represent??

this caller is calling several times a day I have let them know that I do not speak spanish yet they continue to call

repeated calls from "julia", barely speaks English, wants my Con Ed info, won't quit. It's some sort of quasi-legal attempt to switch your energy provider and get a commission for the switch. Con Ed, police say "our hands are tied yadda'

I keep getting calls from this #.  When I call back, it is always busy.  I want to know who is calling - I am on the do not call list.  I want to report this b*****d who is harassing me.

A lady asking if I speak spanish then said ok can i speak to the person who pays your con ed bill.

People keep calling me from this number but say they don't speak English....funny because they say that perfectly.
