this person keeps calling me every single day. I don't know who the hell this person is.  Can someone help me about this matter. I would like to know the name of this person whom keeps calling me.

this person that keeps calling me from this number 718-514-0280 keeps calling me and text messaging. The text message reads te amo1!!! call me as soon as possible.   Does anyone knows who this person is. Its a verizon from Bronx, New York.
