Just received a call from that number, very distorted. Sounds like a scam

Have received 3 voicemails from this number....can't even understand who they are calling for because the recording they used was so distorted. Tired of them calling so I finally blocked the number

2nd time this week they've called me. Extremely threatening! Same info as above.
