This company is the worst they keep calling my home even though I have told them that my husband has a different middle initial and we live at a different address. They called the other day and woke me up at 8 am. They need to rot in hell.

Just called me, is a collection agency trying to collect whatever they can inluding from people who don't owe any money at all.
If they persist, advise them that you will file (and do so, please) a formal complaint to the following:
Federal Trade Commission
New York State Attorney General
New York State Bar Association
Harassing the wrong people goes against the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

Keeps calling and doesn<t ay anything. At first I thought it was an auto dial but doesnt respond to voice. I held the phone long enough for response. Jerke8w9
