This number has been calling me constantly for 2 months.  It is a debt calling collection agency (they say) and they are calling for The Gap (they say).  I told them I never received a bill from The Gap and if there is an outstanding bill to mail me that bill and I would be happy to pay it.  I have told them about 6 times to send me a bill, but they never do!  There should be someone you can complain too.  They are nuisance.  They call at 8 am on Saturdays and about 7 times per day, even into the evening.  I have gotten to the point where I will not even speak to them at all.  When I pick up the phone and say hello no one answers right away.  So I have gotten to the point of just hanging up!

(718)6849412 This number has called three times in two days.  I have explained the situation and they stated that it takes 7 days to update the system they use.  This is a debt collector.  I believe that it is with GMAC and they handle several Discover accounts.
