somebody call me from this number harras me. Officer Smith, hes not an officer. im going to report him

This is a scam!!!  Do not, I repeat, Do Not, answer these calls or return their messages.   Whoever this guy is, who can barely speak English, claims he is Austin Smith from APS, whoever that is.   He said I will face legal action if I don't return the call.   FIrst of all, I have no idea who APS is, I don't owe them anything, and will not be calling this guy back.  I was the victim of a scam about a month ago and had money deducted from my checking account without my consent.   Thankfully, my bank returned the money to me with no questions asked (other than me having to execute an Affidavit).    These people are relentless and will try anyting to take your money.   I work too damn hard for anybody to take my money from me!!!!  Be wary of these scam artists - they're everywhere.

i cannot understand this person's accent, he said he is from APS and he is sorry for me if i don' t return the call.. i called and asked to speak w/ a sup and hung up cuz i was not getting anywhere, they then called 4 times in a row.. i will wait on a letter if i owe anybody anyting, this does not sound legit

I received a call today from these people saying legal action about a payday loan. I never had a loan and when asked to be mailed information, I was transferred to some supervisor named Aaron Jacobs who demanded I either settle the debt or legal action taken against me. I demanded again to have him mail me information, (after he repeated my personal information back to me!!) he hung up on me angrily.

This guy claim his name is Steve Johnson.  About some sort of legal unknow.  Do not call them.  I'm a victim of a bank created without my consent.  Be very careful

Got a call from "Steve Johnson" looking to get a message to one of my employees. Left this number for him to call.  Sounds like he was calling from a busy airport and had a heavy accent. Beware.

I got the same call early morning on my cell like @ 5:00am & at work, I can't take it only more. How can we stop these people: the names i get was Steve Austin, then Steve Johnson @ # 718-713-2916 then James Miller call @ work leaving a message to call # 1-714-876-0012 but on my cell it show's 808-450-3080 but when i call this number it's like not in service. I hope someone can do something about this..
