they have called several times and start out by saying this call is being recorded.  they will not say who they are but keep insisting I owe a debt.  have no idea what it is but they want to know the names of all my family and claim they will take action against all of them.

I called the number back (the gentleman was very polite) told me that I have an outstanding bill at Parkview Noble (This is in Kendallville, IN (I have been there).  But to the best of my knowledge this bill was paid 100% by my insurance company.  The gentleman stated that he would contact the Hospital and get this issue resolved.

I just got a call from this number (1-800-933-6773).  I live in Indiana and have never been in MI.  Why in the world would they be calling me?  Showed up on caller ID as CCS.

I get this call daily on both of my phones it is really annoying

If they threatened to kill your family then then violated at least a dozen DISCOS rules and a few  Federal Laws.  You have the right to Sue them for A Lot of Money.  I would speak with an Attorney at once.

Yes, they hound you till end of the world, i am disable.  No job just ssi cant work to heart cond,  they call every day two of three. I till them i have no money.  But they keep asking are ray, say yes but more info. Not going to give to  you and. I have no money.  This is all off 45.00. Thats a lot money to me.  They rude and hateful, and do not listen

This is untrue as I used to work there. As a debt collector you are not allowed to divulge personal information or even let a third party know that you are trying to collect a debt. But if you ask them where they are calling from they have to tell you. & if you ask them what CBCS stands for they have to tell you. That is the law.

I used to work for this company. It's called CBCS. There are maybe two decent people there & the rest are s***. They don't pay well, they make you work stupid hours & they treat you like s***. They got sued some years back for doing something illegal but I can't remember exactly what it was for. Regardless it's public knowledge so you could look it up & figure it out. These people are leaches & it's exactly how you would imagine it inside there too, 90% are fat & disgusting, especially this fat lesbian woman. GROSS!!!!

i have put a message on my voice mail that say:  "You have reached this voice mail leave a message if you want.  All voice mails will be saved for legal purposes."  I do not get as many calls now from a lot of these bottom feeders.  I do not tell them my name or phone number on my voice mail message.

Actually I worked there years ago and think it is funny to come to these cites and see how people are.
But its ok whatever you feel I don't live in glass house never claimed to be perfect and I have moral and values I pass on to my 3 children that you probably just wouldn't understand.

Sorry took me a time to read your miessage but I did get a good laugh. I can understand your being upset but there are laws that protect people. You need to know your rights
1. A collection agency can only call and leave a message 1x a day. If they don't leave message they can continually call. (unfortunatly)
2. If you tell a collector it is wrong number or if you just don't want to talk to them again they MUST remove your number and never call again.
3. As for STUPID you take the cake, collection agencies can NOT buy a list as you put it. The numbers are provided by the people that the money is owed to.

Sounds like you have a lot of debt and you just like to spout off. Yes collectors get mad, hung up and ask for a manager, ALL agencies now have to record their calls, so if they really call you names, threaten you in any way you CAN sue.
And as much as you think you are right you are not, most people who owe medical bills just don't want to pay. There are some out there who are responsible and do their thing but most won't pay unless forced. And you talked bout how smart you are over me when you can't even have a opinion with out being vulgar. If that is your attitude with collectors it is no wonder they are rude back.

i got a call from that number and im not the person they want and dont know that person, and they still call it, when im not the debtor...

im in the process of a divorce i dont know who they are calling for my ex and i never had any of the listed credit cards every time i answer they hang up its becoming a head ache every day two to three times daily they call im on the do not call list and they keep calling i have to turn off my ringer because of them which is causing more issues than the calls.

1 800 966 6773 called i did call it back and they asked for my address for a debt collection, I am not aware of any. I asked for what company I was told that its for a debt collection instead of the company they are trying to collect for. repeated again I need to verify your address. I immediatley hung up. If you have my number you have the address don't contact me by phone send information.

They keep calling me but I use a Google Voice number for everything that could possible spam me (online forms, stores, ect.) We do not even live in Mich so not sure why this Mich hospital collection agency would even be calling us. They never say anything in their message but we can hear them typing on the computer for about 15 seconds before they disconnect.

this number called and said without even a hello, " this call may be recorded for business purposes , is that ok?" they will not even tell you who they are looking for unless you agree to be recorded.

What a crock of crude. I don't work there but I know for a fact that they do not even open up until 8 am. If you are going to cut someone down why don't you at least make it seem real.

William Beaumont Hospital is a legitimate hospital located in Royal Oak, Michigan.  They also have several other major facilities located around the east and northeast suburbs of Detroit, Michigan.  It is a major, well respected health-care system in Michigan.  Perhaps they should be looking into the practices of CBCS to protect their own reputation.

This is a very rude collection agency that keeps calling my son.  He was in Oakwood Hospital, and all of his medical expenses have been paid by his insurance company.  They keep sending him threatening letters and calling him at home demanding money for bills that have been paid.  He sustained a severe TBI and this is very upsetting and confusing for him.

I agree.  We have no outstanding debt so they have no reason to contact us.

Apparently it's CBCS, not CVCS as it sounds on their message.

Company called at 8:00am on a Saturday morning and did not leave a message.  Caller ID showed Toll Free Call.  When I tried to call them back, their answering machine identified them as CVCS and said their hours are Mon-Thurs 8am-8pm and Fri 8am-5pm.  Left a message telling them next time to leave a message telling us what it's regarding.

they call several times a day.  when someone picks up the phone in my house they never answer. It could be on the first ring or the 4th ring before voicemail picks it up.  I have no clue who they are and I want to find a way to block them from calling and hanging up because that's harrassment.

I've had numerous calls from this company. They ask for a person who is not on the number they are calling. I have no debts, so QUIT CALLING.
