Got a call from this number, too.  It comes up as Whitehorne B, but if you call back the number, it's no longer in service.  If you answer it, they give you a bunch of crap about bills.  They scared the crap out of my mom with intimidating tones and promises, and she started to give out info like name, address and cell phone, etc.  I was pissed.  She said she was scared, and thought the law was after me.  I said if it was the law, they knew where I lived.  Never give out info.  Never!

We are on the do not call list and i would like to file a formal complaint about this man who continued to harass me by phone calls and denials about his offering me something.  It comes up as Whitehorne B (718)856-3793 and he says he is from the largest law firm in the U.S. ... he speaks with a foreign accent ... which doesn''t matter, I am only giving this information by way of identification.

got a call from this number who said that we have and outstanding bill from bank of america.  I do not deal with bank of america.  wanted to vfy my home address, i would not, he had and accent like from India.  he also stated that we would get a letter from a attorney.  Ya Right....    number came under b whithorne
