This is one guy running a scam.  Calls every day, mostly between 8:00 and 9:30am or 6pm to 8pm.  75% of the time when you answer there's an immediate hangup.  Otherwise it's the same guy with a New York accent asking each time for a new "charity" either law enforcement, firefighters, etc.

No matter how many times you ask, he won't quit calling.

When he calls now I ask if there's a website I can visit.  He says it's under construction.  So I ask him, "So you can't get it up?"  He's like, "Get what up?"  I'm like, "I don't know, it's just what your mom tells me."  He's like "My mom tells you that I can't get it up?"  I'm like, "Yeah, she told me that last time I f*cked her. F*** you." and I hang up.

Try something along similar lines, maybe he will quit calling.

Numerous calls ... no one speaking at the other end of the line. Very annoying.

They call then hang up when you say hello, every single time.  I think that's even more annoying than the telemarketers...I was beginning to think it was thieves determining if I was home.

They called at 8:15AM and when I asked why they rang so early, I was told "it's part of my job" so I replied "then go go, what do you want"; The caller said "now sir there is no need for an attitude" so I hung up.  How's that for attitude.  Freaks.  Then I logged it into DoNotCall.gov

Called and hung up.  *69'ed em and got this number.  ????

Your caller does not maintain this site or this web page. Your caller cannot magically determine which numbers should not be called based on anonymous comments. You will not get compliance with your orders until you deliver them *directly* to your caller.
