the solution is simple. Just answer the phone! See who is calling, tell them to go to HE!! and then come back here and let us all know who these
people are.

718-925-3238  this is the most annoying of all calls I have ever received.  I get 3 to 4 a day.  Something has to be done with this issue.  Why can't the phone company or some other agency deal with this.  I am willing to try to get these people off the phone, but who do I call?  Any suggestions.

I just wrote to the newspapers. Let them publish the phone number of this idiot. Let him or her get these annoying calls.

Phone company does not help. They tell me to get in touch with the do-not-call-registry which I have done. There you are given an automated message to file a complaint. What good is this? I've been receiving lots of calls from NY area codes.  Today I received a call from 718-925-3238.  I answered but said nothing.  There was silence and then a click.
