I'm a Realtor in New Jersey and received a call on one of my listings from Victor. I tried to qualify what his needs were...but after asking his price range and his answer was $4000 to $800,000, I figured that something was wrong. I had alot of trouble understanding him...I could not figure if he was mentally challenged or what was going on.   He then asked that I send him a book about the home....I asked....do you mean a brochure?  He answered yes and to send it Federal Express or UPS.  I said that I would send it regular mali..  He then just called me...it's after 10 PM at night....I didn't answer my cell phone and his message was him yelling into the phone to call Victor.  This guy has me spooked.

He needs a taxi to Bellevue.

Calling me as well ever since my company posted a help wanted ad on Craigslist every few days.  I think I've figured out he's saying "please call me, my cell phone" over and over again and then hangs up.  He always gets my VM and will continue until he goes away.

Staten Island Realtor

I am also a Staten Island Realtor, Victor has also been calling me this month.  He got me on the phone today, previously he left voice messages but I was unable to understand them so never called back. I spoke to Victor today and wasn't sure if he was a foreigner or person with special needs or just out of his mind.  He said he new me from a previous listing and wants me to send him my card and a magazine.  I said excuse me after trying to understand him 1000 times and try to figure out if we met.  I asked him if he wants to buy or sell he said no, just send him a magazine, business card and package.  He got fustrated because I didnt understand him and hung up.  I hope this does not continue.  Clearly this guy is calling us women for some reason and this is not good.

Victor....stop calling!!  Why do you call about my house, but want me to call you back tomorrow and you wont identify which house!  Auwe!!
