I dislike that this way of phishing is occurring as I do not have a way to stop it.
I was texted that my Wells Fargo card has been deactivated. I do not have such
a card.

Just received the same text notifying me that my ATM card was deactivated. Contacted Wells Fargo and they said that they would not text if they deactivated my card. They would either call or email, but not call. The WF rep I spoke to tried to call the number but said it was not a valid number so I don't know what the purpose of this text is.
