There are legitimate medical alert companies, but I do not think this is not one of them. Indiana Attorney General filed suit against them and put a restraining order on them. Check this out, they even have the recorded call attached to the suit.

719-358-2901 - they are responding to a call you placed to them to order a senior medical alert system. Maybe your children tried ordering it. They are a legitimate service - getting old is hard. Sometimes I think it is best to just let old people be put to rest and turned into fertilizer so the young and strong can survive. Get a life Grandpa!
