At 3:12 pm on 4/9/14, received call from CSC at 719-358-5780 (per caller ID).  After I said "hello", there was a long pause.  Male agent came on line asking for my wife.   I asked who he was and why.  He gave a name (I didn't write it down) and said it was a personal financial matter. I asked name of his company, and he hedged.  I asked what does CSC stand for?  He stated name of a credit company (I didn't write down exact name).  He asked if I am her husband.  I said yes.  He replied that privacy laws allowed him to talk with me, but he needed my wife's birth date.  I said "no thank you" and hung up. Obviously a scam.

Collection Agency.  Harassing and Notorious for Illegal Activities.

A couple of years ago, they sent the sheriff's deputies into a pawn shop to clear out the cash registers by court order due to a rather obscure and hardly used law.  There was a big public relations fiasco over that one.

Their toll free # is 800-467-3766, they get charged for every call made to this line.  Interesting if someone would call them over and over, huh?

calls and calls and wont state why but demads to know who they are talking to.  calls all times or the day and is harassing.

We have received the same message as I've listed above, it's an automated recording, doesn't even get my husband's middle initial correct...very annoying. Call says that it is Amelia Hernandez calling.., (in the computer voice).

This number called today and left message and knew my name--said they were calling to collect debt--since I dont have any debt except at Wells Fargo--must be scam.

Again this message is only for (xxxxx xxxxxx) this is Amelia Fernandez. Please call me at seven one nine three 58578548553 5 8 5 7 8 five. Thank you...."

Our landline has also had numerous messages from the same number, with those two phone numbers left for us to call. Right! Like we are going to respond to these. The caller claims to be Amelia Fernandez. I'm tired of these!

Whoever 719-358-5780 is keeps calling me several times a day, at all hours (like almost 10 p.m. last night and then again this morning at 6:42 a.m. and woke my sick baby up!) and they NEVER leave a message.  Grrrr!  It's so aggravating.  I don't answer calls I don't recognize and can't reverse google it without being charged a fee.  There needs to be a serious harrassment law against this!!!

I got a call from this #, he asked my birthday and address, he said he want to veryify my information. This is not right!

No you do not have to prove anything to them if you do not want to it is up to them to prove you owe the debt!! Tell them to send you any up to date record of the debt and when it was placed in collection!  They will always say we do not have to get there mailing address saying the same thing.  If they threaten you with legal action tell them to bring it on.  I doubt if you have paid the debt they will do anything but if they do be sure  to have your demand letter copy  and proof of past payment and you can file a counter suit against them for harassment.  You might even get a lawyer that will file everything fora percentage of what you get from them!  Lawyers love money too!

If they can not keep good records they should not be in business.  We are not going to pay for something that we have already paid for.  Now we have to get into our record and show proof, by FAX.  They should already have all the information that they need.  We don't owe anything.  I think they are trying to scam us.

The spam phone call claims to be  a DCC, debt collection company. A womans' voice claims to be Mardy Julian and tells the caller to contact her personally at either 719-358-5785 or 855-385-5785. This has  happened for more than a year and is totally false. This can be reported anonimously on a federal website.

Stop tracking

This is a company that collects for Apria health care not a vary smart person on the phone. They try to collect from old bills and don't have a clue if they have been paid or not.
Make NO arrangements with them....tell them nothing

She can't tell you her company's name and she gets aggressive, rude and harassing. The caller is trying to compensate her fear by getting mad or she's trying to put up an act just to see if you'll fall for her lies. Block that piece of crap and report it.

Jackie Croy called from a collection agency and never named her company. She was very aggressive, rude and harassing.

This is a collection company out of Colorado Springs, Co.  They are Credit Collection and to get them to stop you have to send a cease/desist letter.  You have to threaten them just as they do the consumer.

This Number just called asked in a gorgbled voice  I  could not understnd what was said was to badly garbled.then the caller hung up

said it was a credit service company...

Just answer the phone, and in your most rediculous voice, say "WE DON'T WANT YO STANKIN' GURL SCOUT COOKAYS!"

Got a call -- automated -- said "important" -- I just hung up.

They keep calling me and don't say anything...just silence...How can I block the calls or stop them from calling me.

I got a call from this 719-358-5780 some guy asked for () and I asked who was calling he gave his
name as "Rodney" I asked if she knows him and he said when she talks to me she will.So I took
a message and the number he gave me was 719-634-1356 no 719-634-1357.

I KEEP GETTING CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER SAYING THEY ARE A CREDIT  COLLECTOR . IT USED TO BE A 515 OR SOMETHING NUMBER SOMEHOW THEY GOT MY WORK NUMBER AND CALLED ON ALL 7 LINES FOR 2 HOURS STRAIGHT I ALMOST GOT FIRED. WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE AND HOW CAN I HAVE THEM STOP CALLING AND HARRING ME ITS TOTALLY SPAM IVE LOOKED UP ALL THE NUMBERS

When I picked up, a "Jacqueline Croy" asked me my date of birth and social. She threw some guesses out and they were wrong. I told her I wasn't giving out the information and she said "fine" and hung up.

I keep getting calls. They don't leave a message.

When I picked it up it was automated system. When I Google the # it does not show up as a business .
