This number has called me twice in one hour, but the caller hangs up when I answer.

I got another call from this number today. This time, the caller identified himself as Chris Sain from Proactive Planning Solutions.  It's one of those "lower your credit card interest" scams where the callers try to get people to give their credit card numbers over the phone.

I have been receiving calls from this number and there is no answer, however, I stay on the line until he hangs up.  I can hear him hang up.  I tried calling this number back several times and there is a voice message that says the call cannot go through.  Who did you report this from and how did you find out it is a scam?

I am receiving calls from this number.  I stay on the phone long enough to hear him hang up.  I returned the call and it is a male voice that says, "this call cannot be connected."  To date I have received three calls with no one saying anything.  It's annoying.  And if this person is trying to scam us.....my suggestion to him.....get a life.....you will get caught at some point and it's not worth it.  Example:  Young guy in Florida harrassing soriorty girls on the internet....busted.  And very deserving!!!

Called, but my phone doesn't ring, it goes directly to missed call beep....recall the number, press send and get a disconnect message

Called me 5 or six time on cell didn't leave a message I finally answered and to a while for some one to come on line. Says he what to talk about my visa credit card account, this is a scam artist at work. They are in the norhteast area of Colo. Sprgs and if you call the number back you get a disconnected recording

Caller is Chris Sain from Proactive Planning Solutions in Colorado Springs.  He claimed he could lower my credit card rates and tried to get me to say my credit card number over the phone, but I just ended the call.
