I just checked my answering machine and the rep said his name was Shane Something ( I couldn't catch the last name). He stated that he was with ICS and there was a situation that I was probably not aware of and that he would supply me with this vital information and to call him back at 888-240-3950. The number that came up on my caller ID was 719-884-4688.

Someone named Ryan Cox keeps calling my job. He is very rude. He calls under different names. I don't work there anymore, but he keeps calling. I don't even know any ICS company and I don't owe anyone any money. Ihave reported them to the BBB. Those #$%^&**((

Yes, They are very rude. When you call back they do not even have an answering service for those of us who happen to work third shift! Extremely RUDE!

This is a collection company in the state of MA. They aswer the phone ICS which stands for Imperial Collection Services. They are very rude and once in a while will leave derogatory comments. They are also connected to the return phone number of 888-240-3954
