called repeatedly

this # keeps calling my home and insisting that I am some one else, they never say who thay are, they are very beligerent. WHO ARE THEY? anyone know
I even aclled back with no answer
also using # 719-884-4691/719-884-4690/719-884-4686

these people are collection agency, they have got information from someone that you was buying something from, but didnt finish paying.The agency buys your info, then harrasses you everyday, allday long. They call from all different #'s.I have actually changed my # over these people, and they got my # again about 3 months later. I dont owe them anything, but my lil girls dad does, and they will not stop calling, even though I told them he does not live here.

my mother in law received a call today from 719-884-4692 saying he was from ICS and that it pertained to a car purchase with her name. He said said his name is Colin Snay.  He did know the last four digits of her SS# and where she lives.  We called the number back and it just rang. I would suggest that anyone who gets a call should report to the police and run your credit report to make sure.

Received a call AGAIN from this number I do not know.  ICS.  They called me at 10:16 PM at night.  Can they do this?  I think this is a scammer and I agree with Puzzled it is someone trying to commit fraud.

Got the call from this person saying they were a private investigator. He asked if we knew a particular person. When we said no, we asked for his name and he would not give it to us, saying it was irrelevant. When we tried to call the number back all it did was ring. Beware of this person!!!!!!!!! We think they are trying to commit identity fraud.

Left message saying they were with ICS and had just received some information I would love hearing about.  Ended with, Have a very blessed evening.  Huh?
