They keep calling me, but no one is ever on the other end. I try calling the number back and I can only get a busy signal or ALL CIRCUITS ARE BUSY message. It is coming from Colorado somewhere.

actually a joint venture is not a partnership at least in the oil business. it makes a difference for some things such as taxes, but functions very similarly

Another oil scam. Colorado area code but said he was in FL. Claimed he was a law school graduate but didn't know that a joint venture was a general partnership.
Complete fraud, stay away.

someone is telemarketing me from denver or florida asking me me to invest money into oil rigs or drilling .they state I can make a lot of money just need $77,000 to make $150,000.the area code states it is a us gov't number and only us gov't can use it.720-241-5626..
