This man called asking me to cut down the tallest tree in the forest... With a herring. I refused. He proceeded to ask me to plant a shrubbery. I once again refused. At this point he abrubptly "Harrumphed" and rode away. What a dirty b*****d.

This number is owned by Phoenix Financial Group.  I decided to research all of these companies.  Names, addresses, google research, BBB research, and in some cases supreme court research.  Thousands of people hire these companies every month.  I tried to be as impartial as I could, ?just the facts.?  Some of these companies have multiple locations, and some of them have multiple names in the same location.  14 Linked reviews for all the companies are at the bottom of the article.

Caller: Hunter Gierling

This guy keeps asking for people he can talk with and he's very vague about his reasons for calling; he claims it is in regards to "state tax negotiations" though we have checked with our accountants and everything is in order. He identifies himself as Hunter Gierling and is likely a scam artist trying to get information about your business.

We just received a call from Hunter saying the same thing...he is digging for information on your business.  Do not give him any information and hang up on him.

Caller wanted to speak to "the owner" about an alleged federal tax lien.  Claimed he was Hunter Gierling from "The Phoenix Group", but when asked what that was, he said it was a "private matter".  Now, if there were a federal lien against the owner of this small business, it would be a matter of public record.  This smells like a scam to me.  Should he call back, he will politely be informed that there is little to no chance of anyone here passing along the message.

Keep getting the same cals. they dont give up

Has tried to call my cell phone a couple of times.  I do not answer and they leave no message.

Cold call for vague "owner" about "tax matters" and would not leave a message nor identify in any way after being told the accountant is not available on the telephone at this number.  "We'll try back in a couple hours" script failure to listen.
